Dr. Dalton Tolliver

Hi There! I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Seven Bridges Chiropractic and give you some insight into how we are different from other chiropractors in your area and how we may benefit you.

First and foremost we are a no-stress and no-pressure practice located in the wonderful San Marco community of Jacksonville, FL. Our #1 goal is to get you out of pain ASAP without long-term treatment plans. Whether you are looking for acute pain relief which may take as little as couple of visits, or long-term wellness care, we cater your treatments to you, the patient, and your desires.

With that in mind remember many patients come to us with chronic or long-standing problems, and as a result, will take longer to correct as opposed to the patient with an acute or initial onset of pain whereby a few treatments may do the trick. Either way at Seven Bridges Chiropractic we will customize your treatment to your specific condition.

On the other hand, if we determine that chiropractor care is not the right choice for you, we will gladly make referrals based upon our experience to other physicians that may be of more benefit to your specific condition.

Hope to see you in the office soon and be your bridge to wellness!

-Dr. Dalton Tolliver

Dr. Dalton Tolliver was born and raised in Michigan, but quickly knew she was meant for warmer weather. She spent her childhood outdoors on the farm riding horses or in the gym playing volleyball. At a young age, Dr. Dalton developed migraine headaches. It was then that her mother took her to a Chiropractor, after a few visits and great relief, she knew it was her calling in life to help others through chiropractic care. Her local Chiropractor taught her that Chiropractic care can do much more than just treat her headaches. She continued to see him while she played volleyball all through high school, where she was an all-state athlete. She attributes her ability to play at such a high level and into college to her local Chiropractor.

Dr. Dalton attended Appalachian State University where she studied psychology with a health studies focus, while playing volleyball for the University. During her time playing, she relied on the Chiropractors on staff, along with the athletic trainers to keep her body in playing shape. Her love of athletics and seeing first-hand how powerful Chiropractic can impact overall health and wellbeing is what solidified her love for Chiropractic care.

Dr. Dalton attended Logan University in St. Louis, MO, and graduated Cum Laude with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She completed multiple clinical rotations during her education that included working with college and high school athletes, those with disabilities, and the medically under-served population. Also, while attending Logan, she went above and beyond the basic requirements by participating in multiple advanced adjusting, soft-tissue, and rehabilitation seminars. Dr. Dalton continues to attend numerous continuing education seminars to stay current with the latest information and treatment strategies from all disciplines. She has dedicated herself to not only treating her patients’ symptoms but to find the root cause of the conditions in order to correct and improve her patients’ overall function.

She believes that every person is different and they deserve to receive individualized care in order to help them reach their highest level of functionality. For this reason, Dr. Dalton Tolliver has taken the extra steps to become well versed in many different adjusting techniques and continues to stay up to date on the best treatments for her patients. Her goal is to facilitate healing and restore efficient movement and comfort as quickly as possible. She takes a multifaceted approach with her patients that may include adjustments, myofascial release, cupping, dry needling, and physiotherapy

When Dr. Dalton isn’t in the practice, she enjoys spending time outdoors whether it be hiking or at the beach with her husband Andrew and dogs, Beau and Sayla. She also enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, and hydroplane boat racing.
